Very high quality product, I look for it around the world to buy it, but buying it online in the USA directly from the website is easy; but being assisted by Mrs. Markeitah Woodcock for the delivery was a terrible decision, she does not care about the client, I asked her to help me speed up the delivery and that I would pay the difference of the extra and she simply did not want to help, my package arrived at the hotel and I was no longer in the USA, as I explained to her on repeated occasions, she is simply not a good collaborator, she puts the name of the company in a bad light.

This pack has a great amount of storage and has been holding up nicely. I use it for work every day to carry my laptop, notebook, a few tools, chargers, emergency meds... everything I need.

I got this to replace one with a broken zipper. Warranty was easy and replacement is strong and roomy, just like the 1st one that lasted for years. My son used old one through most of Elementary school and now has this 1 starting 7th grade. Hopefully the last bookbag we'll get.
